Flow Master
As a Flow Master, I help your teams visualize their workflow and to increase flow by removing bottlenecks and reducing batch sizes. The emphasis lies on visualization, policies, work in progress limits, kanban metrics and charts.
To help make your teams flourish, I am equipped with experience, strong interpersonal skills, an inquisitive mind, a toolbox filled with innovative workshops and techniques, and plenty of lessons learnt.
I know the effect of metrics and charts on teams and am well aware of the experiences the people may have had where metrics were used against them. I can help teams recover from these experience and to regain trust in full openness and transparency.
